Excellent customer service!! Entire process from initial contact to delivery and installation was positive and hassle free. Carlos did a fantastic job with the on site installation. He was prompt and professional. Explained how to use and gave us tips on removing the pool cover. He even offered to help us put the cover in storage until we were ready to cover our pool. Highly recommend this company!

Great product, great people, great company
We had the Katchaleaf cover installed for our pool. It fits perfectly and is easy to take off (5 min) and to put back on (10-15 min). The Kaychakid cover uses the same technology, so I’m sure it would be the same results. We like the product so much that we are going to have the install the Katchaleaf cover over our pool equipment area.
The company itself and the employees are the best we have dealt with since moving to Arizona. Bob is always available when you call and provides whatever info you need quickly. The crew that comes out have been working for Katchakid for 18 years and they know what they are doing. Total time to measure, install inserts in decking (day 1) and then put the cover on and show how to put on and take off was less than 3 hours.
If you are looking for a pool cover for safety or to keep leaves etc out of your pool , I highly recommend Kaychakid.

Wonderful experience all around. The customer service with this company is fantastic and I’m so pleased with the quality of the final product. Katchakid is truly a one of a kind business and I can’t say enough positive things about them. Our technician, Chris, was wonderful as well and I couldn’t leave this review without giving him some much deserved praise.
The two phase install went off without a hitch
The two phase install went off without a hitch. Our final installer, Colton was a pleasure to work with. He made sure I could put on and take off the cover. Real gentleman too. I’d recommend KatchaKid to family, & both Colton and the first phase tech as well.

Amazing experience! best fence system around
Julie helped us eagerly and attentively in the sale process and Vivian moved her schedule around to help us install in time for a kids birthday party.
Chris came on time and did an amazing job, I was convinced that there will be some spraydeck damage, but there was absolutely none. He even fixed our turf back. We loved the whole experience and love how beautiful the fence turned out to be.
