Request For Service
We want you to get the most out of your Katchakid product, and that includes the peace of mind knowing your pool barrier is working as it should. If your barrier gets damaged, or isn’t secured as expected, please contact us immediately for Service so we can get everything back in working order.
Your Service may be under warranty. Warranty terms and conditions are described in detail on your Sales Agreement or click here. In event warranty does not apply, in most cases our Technician can assess your specific needs, provide an on-the-spot estimate, and complete the service all on the same visit.
To request Service, simply call your local Katchakid office, listed at the bottom right corner of your Sales Agreement, or use the Form Below to submit a Service Request. You will be contacted by your local office within 24 hours on weekdays and by end of next business day if submitted on a weekend.
Due to safety, system material & specification differences, and liability reasons, Katchakid only services Katchakid-original barrier systems.
We track all our systems by job location. If your address is not in our system, and photographs or other evidence you provided indicate your existing system was not purchased from Katchakid, we, unfortunately, cannot service your product.
